The conference room rates are $119/night for standard single occupancy and $139/night for double occupancy. To receive the guaranteed conference rate, you must make your reservation with the hotel on or before Friday, September 28, 2007. Reservations received after this date will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates. Conference rates will be provided one day before and one day after the scheduled conference dates if the hotel's occupancy rate is less than 80%. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is noon.
